The short version: 8Bit collects nothing.
No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no internet.

Information We Collect

None. 8Bit does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. There are no accounts to create and no sign-in of any kind.

No Network, No Third Parties

The app runs entirely on your device and works fully offline. It makes no network connections and includes no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs or tracking technologies. Because nothing is tracked, the app never presents an App Tracking Transparency prompt.

On-Device Data

Any gameplay state (such as your current game or chosen speed) exists only in the app on your device and is never sent anywhere. Deleting the app removes it completely.

Children's Privacy

8Bit is suitable for all ages and is safe for children. Because the app collects no data whatsoever from anyone — including children under 13 — it complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws such as the GDPR.

Your Rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access or delete personal data a company holds about you. Since 8Bit holds no data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
